Richard A. Smith, age 54, is president and chief executive officer of Realogy Corporation. He was appointed CEO in November 2007, in accordance with the Company’s previously announced succession plan. Previously, he served as the vice chairman of the board and president of Realogy Corporation since the company’s spin-off from Cendant in August 2006.

Dea Benson, age 53, serves as senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller for Realogy Corporation. Benson oversees all corporate accounting and reporting functions, as well as shared services, treasury operations, corporate tax and risk management departments.

Don Casey, age 46, is president and chief executive officer of Title Resource Group, a full-service title and settlement services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Anthony E. Hull, age 49, serves as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer for Realogy Corporation. Hull has overall responsibility for all corporate finance functions along with mergers and acquisitions, business development, investor relations and corporate communications.

Kevin J. Kelleher, age 53, is president and chief executive officer of Cartus Corporation. With 30 years of relocation industry experience, Kelleher has developed and managed a progressive range of businesses for Cartus, including corporate group moves, international assignments, private label affinity programs, policy design and consulting, diversity initiatives, and government and military programs.

Alexander E. Perriello, III, age 60, is president and chief executive officer of the Realogy Franchise Group. The Group is the largest franchisor of residential and commercial real estate brokerage offices in the world.

Dave Weaving, age 41, serves as Realogy’s executive vice president and chief administrative officer. Weaving has overall responsibility for human resources, information technology, procurement and preferred alliances, corporate real estate, facilities and events marketing.

Bruce Zipf, age 51, is president and chief executive officer for NRT LLC, Realogy's wholly owned and operated real estate brokerage subsidiary with operations in more than 35 of the largest metropolitan areas of the United States.
