David J. Weaving

David J. Weaving, age 41, serves as Realogy’s executive vice president and chief administrative officer. Weaving has overall responsibility for human resources, information technology, procurement and preferred alliances, corporate real estate, facilities and events marketing.
Weaving previously served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Cendant’s Real Estate Services Division (now Realogy) from 2001 until June 2006, overseeing all financial aspects of the Division including the Real Estate Franchise Group, NRT, Cartus, TRG, and Cendant Mortgage (now PHH Corporation). Weaving led the acquisition team and subsequent integration of NRT and TRG into the Division in 2002.
From May 2001 through September 2001 Weaving served as vice president and divisional controller for Cendant’s Real Estate Services Division. Weaving joined Cendant in 1999 as a vice president of finance. From 1995 to 1999, he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility at Cambrex Corporation, a diversified chemical manufacturer. From 1988 to 1995,Weaving worked as an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand LLP.
Weaving received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary, and he is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
