There are two primary routes to doing business with Realogy:

• Directly with Realogy Corporation and its subsidiaries via the procurement process
• Via Realogy's global networks of franchisees and their customers through the Company's Preferred Alliance program

Realogy Procurement

The sheer scope of Realogy's operations requires a wide array of service suppliers and contracts in order to keep the business functioning at optimum levels. The Company employs approximately 13,000 individuals in four primary business units: the Realogy Franchise Group with its Better Homes and Gardens^® Real Estate, CENTURY 21^®, Coldwell Banker^®, Coldwell Banker Commercial^®, ERA^® and Sotheby's International Realty^® brands; Cartus Corporation, a premier provider of employee relocation and global mobility services with six global service centers on four continents; NRT LLC, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company with operations in 35 major metropolitan markets; and Title Resource Group, a provider of title and other settlement services.

Customers and business units are at the center of our approach to procurement. We are committed to optimize procurement results in order to maximize stakeholder benefit. We expect our suppliers to outperform in their field and be willing to collaborate with us on a long term basis to achieve our aggressive goals. We look for suppliers who emphasize innovation, continuous improvement and overall service, and who have the scale of operations to provide services on a regional level at a minimum.
