Realogy employees join together each year to participate in several activities in support of Junior Achievement of New Jersey and Junior Achievement of Western Connecticut. These include raising funds for the JA's annual Bowl-A-Thon, hosting high school students at the company for "Job Shadow Day," serving as "Teachers for a Day" at local high schools, and reading to students during "Dr. Seuss Read Day" at elementary schools.
Additionally some employees at Realogy and Cartus hold prominent positions with the JA. Cartus has a 16-year relationship with the JA during which it has helped it raise in excess of $1 million, and Cartus continues to be the largest provider of JA classroom consultants in the Danbury area, and has hosted hundreds of local students for Job Shadow activities.
