New Company, Long-Standing History
Realogy Corporation may be a fairly new company but our leadership position as an integrated provider of real estate and relocation services began in 1995, with the acquisition of Century 21 Real Estate Corporation. Our expansion continued through several strategic acquisitions and organic growth. Today, our business is made of four major parts:
- The leading franchisor of residential real estate brokerages in the world
- The largest owner and operator of residential real estate brokerages in the U.S.
- One of the leading relocation services providers in the world and the largest in the U.S.; and
- A provider of title and other settlement services, licensed in 37 states.
