Diversity Councils across Realogy
The Realogy Diversity & Inclusion Council (RDIC) is comprised of senior executives from each Business Unit who are guided by our diversity mission and pillar goals. At many locations within our Business Units, we have Diversity Councils in place that lead the diversity efforts of the employees in our locations across the globe.
Our Mission and Pillars
The RDIC provides a forum for Council Members to leverage and implement diversity and multicultural marketing best practices and processes throughout the organization. Specifically, the Council provides ideas and recommends solutions within three pillars:
