Realogy Corporation, a global provider of real estate and relocation services, announced today that three of its brand networks – CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker® and ERA® – were the only real estate brands named to the World Franchising Network’s 2009 list of “Top 100 Franchises.”

The World Franchising Network develops its annual list of Top 100 Franchises based on a rigorous analysis of several factors, including historical performance, brand identification, franchisee satisfaction, training, on-going support, financial stability and other key variables. The results will be published in Bond’s Top 100 Franchises, which is scheduled to be published by Aug. 31. A list of the companies selected for inclusion can be found here.
