EAP is a free, confidential, off-site counseling service provided to employees and family members facing such issues as marital problems, financial concerns, and child and elder care issues.

Parent Child Leave

In addition to the benefits associated with the Family Medical Leave Act, Realogy provides parent child leave, which adds one month off with pay for parents of newborn and adopted children under the age of 18.

Adoption Assistance

The company's adoption assistance benefit provides financial assistance to qualifying employees who adopt a minor child.

Charitable Matching

Our charitable matching allows eligible employees at many locations to double their contributions to the charities of their choice through an employer-matching program that matches up to $100 annually.

Tuition Assistance
