Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential, off-site counseling service provided to employees and family members facing such issues as marital problems, financial concerns, and child and elder care issues.
Employee Discounts offer Realogy employees a variety of discounts on quality products and services through companies who participate in our Preferred Alliance Program.
Parent Child Leave (PCL) provides one week off with pay for new mothers and fathers. The policy is effective for parents of newborns and adopted children under the age of 18 since January 1, 2014, and it applies to all regular full-time and part-time employees, as well as new hires.
