event culminated in an awards ceremony during which the Network’s most
prestigious honor, the Cartus Broker Network Masters Cup, was awarded to
Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston.
The Masters Cup is presented annually to the Cartus Network broker who has demonstrated exceptional quality standards, surpassed goals, delivered outstanding service, and outperformed metrics in key areas such as effective marketing, inventory management, and conversion. Don Walston, Owner, and Nancy Harner, Senior Vice President, Corporate Relocation Services, accepted the award on behalf of the firm, which is headquartered in Raleigh, N.C., and has served the Triangle region for more than 40 years.

Representing 785 firms of the top-performing brokers across the country, the Cartus Broker Network provides real estate services to clients and customers of Cartus’ affinity, corporate, and government clients. In 2015, Cartus and the Cartus Broker Network closed sales of nearly 100,000 properties, representing sales volume of more than $28 billion, on behalf of Cartus clients and Network members.

The conference brought together over 700 Cartus Broker Network members from the United States and the United Kingdom for a dynamic event that included an awards celebration as well as an agenda of interactive workshops, roundtable discussions, and executive presentations. In addition to Pearce and Porter, conference speakers included Richard A. Smith, chairman, CEO, and president of Realogy Holdings Corp., and Cartus President and CEO, Kevin Kelleher.
