Century 21 Real Estate LLC, franchisor of the iconic CENTURY 21® brand, announced today that CENTURY 21 Affiliated of Madison, Wisconsin and CENTURY 21 Martinez & Associates of Las Vegas, Nevada have been honored with the 2016 CENTURY 21® “2100 Club Award” for system-best transaction growth earned in 2015.

Kruse, Bretz, Martinez and about 70 of their peers were on-hand at the
2100 Club event, an exclusive, invitation-only business meeting and
retreat being held at the Montage Laguna Beach in Southern California
from June 6-9.
“While this award shines a spotlight on the
successes of Dan, Tom and Juan, the 2100 Club event is literally a
‘who’s who’ of the very best and brightest in the CENTURY 21 System and
throughout the real estate industry,” explained Davidson. “Our execution
and overall plan to reposition and contemporize the brand around our
people and every interaction they have with real estate consumers is
certainly paying off and it helps to differentiate us from the
competition in the local markets that we serve.”
At the 2100 Club event, top brokers from within the C21® System explored strategies on how to best leverage the brand’s growing market momentum and its industry-best platform of services and products that help their affiliated sales associates manage more leads and win additional business.
Attendees also collaborated on the building of “Beach Wagons” for children serviced by Easter Seals of Southern California, in keeping with the company’s philanthropic value proposition and dedication to the local communities in which System members live and work. Children and their guardians came to the Montage, sang songs, enjoyed lunch and went home with big smiles and a wagon filled with toys and children’s books for their families.
