Realogy Charitable Foundation
Since its inception in 2004, the Realogy Charitable Foundation has donated over $32 million to support more than 3,300 charities. In 2017, the Realogy Charitable Foundation raised and donated $3 million to 735 charities. The Realogy Charitable Foundation operates 44 local chapters across 28 states. The goal of the Realogy Charitable Foundation is to provide fundraising coordination and guidance to Realogy employees and affiliated agents who volunteer their time in local chapters across the country raising funds and awareness for the benefit of local charities.

New Story
Realogy raised funds from employees and matched their donations to help New Story build two homes for two families in Ahuachapán, El Salvador, living in tents with life’s basic needs unmet.
Charitable Contributions

Realogy & Junior Achievement
Realogy employees join together each year to participate in several activities in support of Junior Achievement of New Jersey and Junior Achievement of Western Connecticut. These include raising funds for the JA's annual Bowl-A-Thon, hosting high school students at the company for "Job Shadow Day," serving as "Teachers for a Day" at local high schools, and reading to students during "Dr. Seuss Read Day" at elementary schools.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate & New Story
Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate and New Story formed a strategic alliance to bring the dream of homeownership to hundreds of people in Ahuachapan, El Salvador, through the development of a crowd-funded community. 100% of donations to New Story raised by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, its franchise network and consumers, as well as members of their social networks, will be directly applied to the construction of the homes in Ahuachapan.
CENTURY 21 & Easterseals
Including the $3 million raised by its franchise system in 2017, CENTURY 21 has contributed more than $120 million in total funds raised and donated directly by the franchise system to Easterseals its philanthropic partner since 1979. Coldwell Banker Heroes
Coldwell Banker Heroes, the Coldwell Banker brand’s charitable recognition program, recorded donations since its inception in 2012 of $18.3 million to local charities along with 129,000 hours of volunteer work. In 2015, Coldwell Banker Real Estate joined forces with Adopt-a-Pet.com to launch the “Homes for Dogs Project,” which met its goal of finding 20,000 dogs forever homes. In 2017, Coldwell Banker Real Estate will host another national adoption weekend in partnership with Adopt-a-Pet.com.
ERA & Muscular Dystrophy Association
ERA Franchise Systems LLC has partnered with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) for more than 40 years. As part of the ERA MDA Summer Camp Challenge, ERA franchised companies host events and fundraisers, including golf tournaments, walkathons, and auctions, to raise funds with the goal of sending children with muscular dystrophy to MDA Summer Camp. To date, the ERA network has raised nearly $35 million to help fight neuromuscular diseases and to send kids to camp.
NRT — Committed to giving back
NRT and its local real estate operating companies raised $2.9 million to support over 600 charities in 2016. Among these charities are Ronald McDonald House Charities, Conservation International, Make a Wish Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Homes for Our Troops, American Cancer Society and and hundreds of others.

Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc.’s company-owned brokerage offices support Conservation International, a global organization committed to empowering societies to care for nature for the well-being of humanity.
TRG — a good neighbor
Title Resource Group (TRG) employees make a difference in the local communities where they live and work. TRG employees also volunteer time with national organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, American Red Cross and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
