Tim was appointed to Executive Vice President, Realogy Brokerage and Franchise Operations in April 2021 after successfully serving as Executive Vice President of Operations for Coldwell Banker Realty - Coldwell Banker’s owned brokerage - since 2019. Tim has successfully driven efficiencies in essential business functions, implemented practices to leverage the organization’s scale, and optimized processes to enable the field sales organization to drive organic growth for agents.
In his recently expanded role, Tim is responsible for driving operations for Coldwell Banker Realty, with the added responsibility of overseeing operations for Realogy Brokerage Group and Realogy Franchise Group. He specializes in creating leverage to reinvest in growth. Working with Realogy Franchise Group, Tim partners with both shared services and existing brand leaders to lead the execution of the company’s strategic priorities and drive initiatives which accelerate company growth.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Tim held several leadership roles in Business Transformation at J.P. Morgan and GE Capital, leading global teams of 900 employees across lines of business. During his career, Tim has led global client services, created extensive cross-business partnerships across organizations, and launched industry-leading products and services. Tim has a strong track record in helping organizations, including Coldwell Banker, in simplifying the Agent and Client experiences and reducing operating costs to reinvest into the business.
Earlier in his career, with both GE Capital and Chase Home Lending, Foley spent over a decade serving the real estate industry in various leadership roles spanning product development, marketing and operations. In these roles, Foley created cutting-edge products and services, found creative ways to reduce costs and improve productivity, and consistently collaborated with internal and external partners to enhance the value proposition and drive profitable market share gains.
In his eight years with GE Capital he focused on providing capital solutions to the top 100 real estate lenders in the United States. While there, he was selected by the CEO to lead the global implementation of a primary GE business initiative: Six Sigma Customer Quality and was responsible for generating operating leverage through customer-focused, business-wide initiatives.
Tim is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara where he earned his BA in International Relations and Affairs. He received his Master of Arts in Law & Diplomacy, International Business, from The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University.
